At last the Lok Pal Bill is passed
by both houses of the Parliament and will become an Act after the approval of
the President.
All the political parties except SP supported the bill.It is not everybody was happy, but the results of the recent assembly elections, the people’s anger against the high corruption and the forthcoming General elections – all compelled even the unwilling parties also to support the bill.
There are many weakness in the bill, which has to be rectified later
