I wish to bring to your kind notice the following issue, for necessary intervention.
Our Union has long been demanding that the Hon’ble CAT, Ernakulam judgement, in respect of settlement
of anomalies, should be implemented to all the seniors who are affected. A joint Committee formed on this
issue has also recommended the same.
Since Management did not take any action to implement the judgement, the issue was taken up in the 28th
National Council meeting, held on 30-01-2013 (item no. 8.2.8) After prolonged discussion, the Chairman
stated that the Management would take action on this issue, based on the inputs received from the circles
up to 31-03-2013. However, even after the lapse of two and half months, Management has not taken any
action on this. Hence, I request you to kindly ensure the early implementation of the decision of the 28th
National Council meeting.
